Four steps, and no server of your own

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is the open standard that lets an AI assistant use a real system instead of guessing at it. Your platform ships with MCP endpoints, so there is nothing to install and nothing to host.

The connection points at your own domain. Your contacts, orders and tickets are not copied to a third-party service to make this work.

Create a user for the assistantA separate account with exactly the role you want it to have. Nothing more.

Generate an application passwordOne click in your own admin. It is a key you can revoke at any moment.

Copy the configurationThe settings screen writes the config for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex for you.

Search and segment contacts, apply tags in bulk, import lists, draft and schedule campaigns, build automations, and check how a mailing performed.

Your project boards

Create tasks from a conversation, assign them, move them through stages, add comments and pull a status overview of what is open.

Your help desk

Triage the queue, read a ticket with the customer's purchase history next to it, draft a reply for your approval, add internal notes and close what is done.

Your knowledge base

Turn recurring questions into articles, keep them consistent, and update documentation when something in your setup changes.

Your forms and submissions

Read what came in, spot patterns across submissions, and set up a new form without clicking through the builder.

Your shop

Query products and orders and keep product information tidy. This part is newer than the rest, so we set it up read-only unless you ask otherwise.

What an assistant may do is decided by the role you give it, not by us. Start read-only, widen it when you trust the result.

Whatever speaks MCP

MCP is an open protocol, so you are not locked into one supplier. These are the clients our customers use most.

Claude

The desktop app and the web app both take a connector. This is the route we recommend for anyone who is not a developer.

Claude Code

For the technically minded. Runs in your terminal, handles longer jobs and can work through a list of tasks in one go.

Cursor and Codex

Both read the same configuration. If your developer already works in one of these, the connection is a copy and paste.

Anything else that speaks MCP

The endpoint is standard. New clients appear regularly, and they work without us changing anything on your side.

Not every client supports every authentication method yet. We will tell you honestly which combination works today, and which one is still rough.

Use a business AI accountNot a free or consumer plan. Business plans come with a processing agreement and keep your data out of training.
Keep a human in the loopLet the assistant draft and propose. You approve anything that sends, charges or deletes.
Update your own recordsAdd the AI supplier to your processing register and mention it in your privacy statement.
Know the one real riskAn assistant reads text other people wrote, such as tickets and reviews. Instructions hidden in that text are the thing to watch. Read-only access removes most of the sting.
