Frequently asked questions
Are the amounts including or excluding VAT?
All amounts exclude VAT. Monthly prices, annual prepayments and usage are listed separately.
What do I pay with annual billing?
You pay ten months of the fixed subscription (core + modules − any module discount) for a full year in advance. Extra usage is never discounted and is invoiced separately each month, afterwards. Extra sending domains cost €5 excl. VAT per domain per month and are not covered by the annual discount.
How does the discount on all modules work?
Take Appointment scheduling, Knowledge base, Social proof & testimonials, Website and Courses & community together and you pay €62 instead of €90 excl. VAT per month for those five modules. Social proof & testimonials is free right now as a separate module; in this bundle it is already part of the amount. The required core plan and Shop, if you add it, come on top.
What if I go over the included volumes?
You pay for the extra usage according to the tiers. Contacts are charged pro rata, products per started block of 50 and users per full block of 100 above the included number. The calculator shows the cost per item.
When is my usage measured?
Per closed calendar month. For contacts, products and users we take the end-of-month count, unless there was a peak more than 20% above it. Emails and orders are monthly totals. You can check the numbers under Manage → Usage.
Can I send from an extra domain?
Yes. For €5 per month excl. VAT per extra sending domain you can add up to five sender addresses. For sending from the CRM only; a mailbox and domain registration are not included. No annual discount.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. You start with the core plan and can add Shop, the website and the other modules to it. Tell us the change you want; we agree the start date and invoicing with you.
How do I arrange an AI connection?
The connection comes with every plan, so there is nothing extra to buy. You set it up yourself with our documentation. If you would rather we do it, that is a one-off €97 excl. VAT. You do need your own paid subscription with Claude or ChatGPT; that is required for the data processing agreement and therefore for the GDPR. That subscription is separate from Autorespond Hub.
